SR-22

Suspended driver’s license? You may need an SR-22.

An SR-22 is not an insurance policy. It is a certificate showing that you have the proper liability coverage for a driver with your history.

An SR-22 is in place to cover property damage and any liability from an accident in which the covered driver is involved.

You need an SR-22 if you have:

  • Multiple traffic offenses
  • DUIs, DWIs, or other serious moving violations
  • License suspension or revocation
  • Violations for failure to maintain the state-required insurance coverage

An SR-22 Certificate is temporary, and as long as you drive responsibly, pay your premium on time, & obey traffic laws you will not have to carry the certificate for long.

At Flathead Insurance, we specialize in providing SR-22 certificates when necessary as well as traditional auto insurance coverage. Filing for an SR-22 is easy, simply contact us and one of our friendly representatives will reach out to guide you through the process. Call us today.

Flathead was very easy to work with; they found me better coverage and value options than I expected. I have teenage drivers and properties in multiple states, so my insurance scenario is a bit complex. Flathead was very knowledgeable about best carriers, bundles and coverages.
